Lake Cooley Baptist Church desires to be a mission-minded church.  We participate in projects that help the people of our community, as well as, nationally and throughout the world.

We have a food pantry that has helped feed many people in addition to helping local schools and the Greer Soup Kitchen.  In addition to our food pantry, we have a clothes closet to serve those who are in need for various reasons including families victimized by fire.

We have also teamed up with Powell River Baptist Association in Jonesville, Virginia to help deliver blankets, furniture and clothing items to the people in the surrounding communities.  We are able to do this several times per year.

Our burden for foreign missions is also strong, and although we are unable to personally take His message around the world, we support international missionaries through monthly contributions to the Southern Baptist Cooperative Program.
